Shipping

Orders are processed the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Madrid, Spain.

We offer different shipping options:

Destination service processing shipping price

  • National: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla between 10-15 days.
  • Europe: between 10-20 day.
  • Rest of continents: between 10 and 30 days.

 

Returns and Refunds

The procedure to return an item purchased from our online store is as follows:

  1. Email a request for a return to shop@gropiuslamps.com. You should contact us within 10 days from the date you received the product, informing us of the reason for the return if you think it will help us to continue improving.
  2. Items must be packed in their original condition, together with all accessories included in the original package, and cannot be used, cleaned or damaged in any way and with all original labels and packaging.
  3. Send the articles to this address: Calle del Marqués de Monasterio 10 Bajos, 28004 Madrid

Important: until the moment we receive an item in our store, it will remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain the proof of shipment.

To return any item purchased from Gropius Lamps, simply contact a courier or local post office and send the product to us at the address above. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is considered defective, Gropius Lamps will bear the full cost of the return and / or exchange shipping.

Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded by the same method that made the original payment.

Once we have confirmed that the returned items are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive an email confirmation that will notify you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

In case that Gropius has mistakenly shipped an item other than ordered or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at shop@gropiuslamps.com to arrange a return and / or exchange. In such cases, Gropius Lamps will bear the shipping and return costs.
